The Pinkston Group, a small public relations firm in Northern Virginia, is growing. We’re looking for a well-rounded self-starter to execute media outreach for our clients. The position will entail some writing and management of staff and client relationships, but the primary focus is constant contact with print, broadcast and online media to secure positive coverage for our clients.

We represent corporations, associations, non-profits and some right-leaning causes. We don’t take shortcuts, so we’re looking for applicants who want to work harder and smarter than our competitors.

Your first assignment is to pitch yourself to us in a compelling and creative way (by email only, please). Three-plus years of relevant real-world experience is required. Salary is $45k with benefits.
